My passion for working out has grown a considerable amount. Though I did not make it 30 days, I have made working out part of my regular routine. Today I will jog and hike since the weather is on my side and tomorrow I will get back in the swing of things. AM workouts seem to be easier to manage and build into the day, so I will start with an AM routine. Monday, Wednesday, Friday… AM jogs or hikes. I’ll keep you posted.
