And so the journey of one of my personal passions (blogging) becomes a professional endeavor. I have recently joined the FetchBack Social Media team. I will be advocating the culture and the ins and outs of our daily occurrences. It is so often that we communicate about what we do, but not how we do it. It is so often that we use industry terminology, but we forget the human aspect. Now, I am the voice of the people of FetchBack, communicating “us” to others.
