My infant became a toddler and it seems to have happened overnight. Last night we transitioned into a toddler bed. It is cute. Avery had jitters about it. In fact, she had to be sound asleep before I could lay her in it. The bedtime process took longer due to that. Around 2am she woke, there were tears of terror, but my Doodle did not get out of bed. She sat there until I came in and soothed her. I rubbed her back and she was fine to lay and attempt to sleep again. However, leaving the room became the issue. There was no way I was going to leave without taking her with me. The rest of the night was spent cuddled in my bed… We’ll try again tonight.
